BizMerlinHR partners with StratAfrique to provide HR solutions in Ghana
Ghanaian management consultancy StratAfrique has entered a strategic partnership with global HR software provider BizMerlinHR to offer digital solutions in the HR domain to companies across Ghana. The partnership will be shaped by a focus on culture and performance as a basis for HR policies.
StratAfrique has been providing management consultancy in the Ghanaian market for well over a decade, and has built a considerable base in the country. The firm works with clients across the country to develop simple yet engaging solutions, which motivate participation and leadership in an organisation.
The firm specialises in people development and HR, and will now work to deliver BizMerlinHR solutions to clients in Ghana. BizMerlinHR is a Strategic Human Capital Management software, that allows for integrated management of several HR functions, extending across various organisational segments.
These include management of employee profiles, onboarding, dynamic goal setting & agile feedback, performance appraisals and applicant tracking systems. The software also allows for skill development and management, which is an increasingly central function for many organisations in Africa currently, as they look to build a workforce of the future.
Ghana has been a leading example of a market that emphasises the importance of people as the drivers of economic growth. The public and private sectors, in addition to a number of international firms, have been actively involved in developing the HR landscape across Ghana recently.
Efforts have come in the shape of HR summits and events, as well as partnerships between a domestic and an international firm to deliver HR solutions. StratAfrique and BizMerlinHR exemplify such a partnership.
