Serwa Atiase Dzogbenuku joins Deloitte Consulting in Ghana
Deloitte Consulting has welcomed a new partner to its team in Ghana: Serwa Atiase Dzogbenuku.
Serwa Atiase Dzogbenuku joins Deloitte from Big Four rival PwC, where she spent close to two decades across two spells. She operates out of Deloitte’s office in Accra.
A partner in the Core Business Operations service line, Dzogbenuku specialises in business transformation and performance improvement work across a range of back-office functions, such as finance, procurement, and operations.
Dzogbenuku’s expertise spans multiple offerings, most notably business operations, performance optimisation, enterprise performance management, target operating model design, fixed asset valuation, revenue enhancement, and cost optimisation. She has advised clients across industries.

Deloitte has been active in Ghana for over 75 years. The firm has around ten partners across its four lines of business: audit, financial advisory, tax, and consulting.
