Technology Holdings rebrands as TH Global Capital

Technology Holdings, a global investment banking firm with operations in 13 countries, has rebranded as TH Global Capital.

Established in 2000, Technology Holdings (now known as TH Global Capital) has since its inception grown to an award-winning company operating with offices across five continents.

Initially focused on investment banking services, the firm over time successfully expanded its offerings to also include its buy side M&A practice ‘TH Buy and Build’, growth equity, debt financing, financial sponsor coverage & secondaries, IPO advisory, asset management and growth advisory services.
