SouthBridge promotes Réda Chraibi to Associate Partner

Casablanca-based management consultancy firm SouthBridge has promoted Réda Chraibi to Associate Partner.

Réda Chraibi has been with SouthBridge since 2022, when he joined as a Senior Manager, bringing with him experienced gained at Boston Consulting Group (in Morocco) and Nova Consulting (in France). Earlier in his career, he also worked in the banking industry.

At SouthBridge, Chraibi becomes the fourth member of the partner team, alongside the two co-founders, Hassan Belkhayat and Youssef Tazi Mezalek, and fellow Associate Partner Lina Lahrichi.

“Réda’s appointment is in recognition of his track record at SouthBridge. By rapidly specializing in crucial areas such as territorial strategies, human development and investment, he has played a key role in positioning the firm as a major player in the Moroccan and African business consulting landscape,” said Belkhayat.

SouthBridge was founded in 2017 and has since then built a track record of successful projects in areas such as government reform, national economic development strategies, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, public-private partnerships, and large-scale social programs.
