Andersen Global adds Ghana member firm to its expanding Africa association

Professional services association Andersen Global is continuing its expansion in the African market, this time through the establishment of a presence in Ghana. Sam Okudzeto & Associates – a Ghana based law firm – is the latest firm to join the Andersen Global association, giving it a further foothold in Africa.

The addition of a Ghana collaborating firm now takes Andersen Global’s presence in Africa to 13 countries, a number of which have been added in recent months. Key financial centres across Africa are rapidly becoming exciting investment prospects due to their young populations and vibrant business environment, drawing a number of firms to the region.

Over the course of last year, Andersen global extended its African operations to add at least four countries. In January, the firm added a collaborating firm in Uganda to its association, following the addition of a presence in Kenya. The precedent taken by East Africa reflects the vibrance of the region as an economic centre.

Later in the year, the association added collaborating firms in Mozambique and Angola to its operations. Now, the firm has made an addition in West Africa, with the addition of Ghana to its umbrella operations. Ghana is rapidly emerging as a economic force in West Africa, drawing substantial amounts of tourism and business alike.

Sam Okudzeto & Associates is a law firm in Ghana that has been operational for nearly five decades, offering legal support to a number of clients in the corporate and commercial space. This includes consulting on mergers & acquisitions, tax, corporate banking, debt recovery, and a number of other domains.
