Phillips Consulting launches new brand profile and service operations

Nigerian management consultancy Phillips Consulting unveiled its new brand, profile and logo at the Nigeria South Africa Chamber of Commerce (NSACC) monthly breakfast meeting held in Lagos, which consists primarily of a greater focus on expanding its scope of services beyond training and outsourcing.

Among a number of crucial discussions, a highlight for this months breakfast meeting at the NSACC was the revelation of Phillips Consulting’s new profile by Robert Taiwo, who took over as Managing Director at the firm in December last year. This month’s event was sponsored by Phillips Consulting, allowing it the privilege of unveiling its strategy.

Now, the strategy has been revealed and it reflects a simple objective – diversification. The firm not only unveiled its new logo, but also indicated that its suite of services would now include support with strategic innovation, digital technology consulting, project management and people transformation.

The move comes at a time when Africa’s economy is rapidly digitalising, and those looking to enter the lucrative market at struggling with tailoring their brand to match regional preferences. The firm has already been engaged in launching a major Fintech solution for banks across Nigeria.

Taiwo explained, “As opposed to just a consulting firm that comes in, do a bunch of different things and leave, we see ourselves as part of the company, coming in to transform ensuring positive reports from implementation and more importantly, we can be proud of people sustaining the business even after we have gone.”
